The dune crow-berry (Rhus crenata) is an evergreen shrub or small tree that reaches an average height of 3 meters with similar spread. It grows well in full sun and is hearty to light frost. Small flowers bloom in autumn.  With routine trimming, a living fence can be grown in your garden.

The floribunda rose (Iceberg variety) is characterized as strong, unpretentious and drought resistant, perfect for the Mediterranean climate. Large clusters of white flowers will beautify your garden throughout the growing season, and you will enjoy its light floral scent.

Common fig tree

The common fig tree (Ficus carica) has a great religious significance because it was mentioned numerous times in the Bible. Native to the Middle East and western Asia, it has been cultivated by man since ancient times and now figs are grown commercially in Israel. Fig trees are hardy and able to adapt to most types of soil but requires a long root development phase prior to bearing fruit. Because they can grow to a height of 5 to 10 meters, avoid planting in small gardens or close to your home.
